SLY-XseriesThe independent industrial oil cooler adopts internationally renowned brand compressors and refrigeration accessories, and adopts internationally leading refrigeration control technology to achieve high energy efficiency ratio, energy conservation and environmental protection. The oil cooler is equipped with a high suction gear oil pump, which is well-equipped and easy to install and operate efficiently.

This series of independent industrial oil coolers utilizes the principle of refrigerant evaporation and heat absorption for cooling work. The oil pump extracts oil medium from the machine tool or hydraulic station oil tank to the refrigeration system for heat exchange treatment. The cooled hydraulic oil medium is then returned to the machine tool or hydraulic station oil tank through the oil outlet pipeline of the oil cooler. By continuously circulating the oil medium, the oil temperature of the entire oil is continuously lowered to the ideal control set temperature range. Prevent the machining accuracy of the machine tool spindle from being affected by changes in oil temperature, prevent the center deviation or thermal deformation of the machine tool spindle, extend the service life of the machine tool, prevent oil quality deterioration caused by high oil temperature, maintain oil viscosity characteristics, stabilize oil pressure, and avoid oil shock. Prevent the high-pressure oil pump of the hydraulic station from running at high temperatures and ensure the stable operation of the hydraulic station.
